Kreatívságaim tárháza

Elkészült a redworkkel díszített varrókészlet-tartóm. Nagyon elégedett vagyok az eredménnyel és praktikusnak is tűnik. Ez utóbbi azonban majd csak a használat során fog kiderülni. A két, belülről elérhető zseb hihetetlen mennyiségű dolgot képes elnyelni.

Ez volt az első próbálkozásom a redwork technika terén, de nem merném lefogadni, hogy egyben az egyetlen is.

I have finished the sewing set holder with redwork. I am pleased with the result, it seems so practical. It will be justified only with use. The two internal pockets can contain a huge quantity of things.

It was my first experience, but I daren’t swear that it was only a one-shot trying on the redwork field.

Végeztem a másik szitakötő hímzésével és megtűztem a teljes fehér felületet is.

Ma Tatabányán voltunk közös varráson. Volt ott minden: kiállítás, vetítés, vásár, büfé és az esemény eredeti célja is, a közös varrás. A mai foglalkozás tárgya a redwork volt. Ez annál is érdekesebb, mert én még sohasem foglalkoztam ezzel a technikával. A nap végére egy redwork hímzéssel díszített úti varrókészlet-tartót kellett volna megvarrni, de én a sok trécselés és nézelődés miatt csak eddig jutottam. Igyekszem a héten befejezni, mert nagyon kis helyes cucc!

Today we were in Tatabánya at a common sewing day among Hungarian quilters from all over the country. There was everything: exposition, projection, shopping, buffet, and the original scope of the happening, the sewing. The main argument was the redwork. This was so interesting for me because I have never done anything with this technique. We ought to have sewn a travelling sewing set holder embellished with redwork embroidery, but I was so busy all day talking with others and looking all around that I have got only at this point. I try to finish it next week because it is a very cute doing!
